Infinite Patrol

The shuttles of Infinity Unlimited jump between parallel Earths, seeking adventure, profit, knowledge, and even entertainment. You are new recruits of the Infinity Academy of Home line; weather it is willingly as a volunteer, recruited because of your blossoming abilities, or under threat of prison or death: you are now a proud (or reluctant) member of the newest batch of recruits under the most unlikely teachers to become part of the I-COPS or I-SWAT or if you have the will and ability the Infamous Cosmic Core. Of course that is all after you graduate and survive the academy and work your way up to that status.

Homeline
The main world in the game. The world of "our" timeline (apart from the development of parachronics) and home base of Infinity Patrol. Seeks to counteract Centrum and its efforts to interfere with natural development of alternate worlds. Its policy is to keep it's existence hidden from other time lines and acts as inter dimensional time line police.

The world is much like our own but well in the 1990'sDr. Paul Van Zandt built the first working parachronic projector where he went to the first discovered time line that is now Earth-Beta. Over the next few years he refined his theories. During 1998 he came out public with it and went to the UN with a proposal which they accepted, to a point. Infinity Unlimited was created as a cooperation, to keep the technology under their control. Infinity Unlimited later became self funding.

Centrum
The nominal villains of the campaign, Centrum is a totalitarian, homogenized world-state, and the only world other than Homeline to have a major parachronic program. Its point of departure was in 1120, when the White Ship carrying William the Aetheling, the heir of Henry I of England, did not hit a rock in the English Channel. William's survival precluded The Anarchy and the Hundred Years War, and ultimately the "Anglo-French Empire" became a world-spanning power, with technological progress centuries beyond that of Homeline.

However, in 1902 unknown rebels decapitated the ruling house by detonating a nuclear device in London. The resulting succession wars (which included nuclear and biological weapons) wiped out much of humanity and reduced most of the survivors to preindustrial barbarism. But Terraustarils (Homeline Australia) escaped much of the destruction, and the techno-military cabal known as "The Centrum" that took control there ultimately extended its authority across the globe.

Centrum is a socialist technocratic meritocracy; the government provides all employment and handles the economy, which is bolstered by the massive resources acquired from other worldlines. They believe other worlds should be aiming to follow their example and have a dedicated program of supporting political and economic groups that reflect their own values—stability, meritocracy and an unconscious prejudice toward speakers of English. They view the mix of competing government agencies and private companies from Homeline as dangerously anarchic.

Reich-5
Widely regarded as one of the most disturbing and potentially dangerous worlds so far discovered, in this parallel Giuseppe Zangara succeeded in assassinating Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1933. His successors Garner, Lindbergh and Wallace proved unable to handle the Great Depression, and America stood by while Hitler conquered Europe and Japan took over most of Asia. In 1944 Japan attacked Guam, the Philippines and Hawaii; in the ensuing chaos William Dudley Pelley was elected President. Pelley quickly assumed dictatorial powers, and his blatant theft of the 1948 election from Robert Taft triggered wholesale civil war. The president called for aid from Nazi Germany, which quickly sent 40 Wehrmacht divisions through Canada. The pro-democracy resistance collapsed after Werner Heisenberg developed the atomic bomb which was used on four American cities in 1950. A second attempt at rebellion in 1976 failed, and America is now a (very) junior partner of the World-Axis that dominates the planet. Reich-5's technology (military or otherwise) is superior to that of any Homeline country, and despite being the only timeline besides Homeline and Centrum to possess world-jumping technology, their parachronic program is well behind those of the other two.

The earths in these time lines, of Quantum 6 seem to be following the 'known' course of history, but are not as far along as Homeline.

The earths in these time lines, of Quantum 6 seem to be cross over a 'known' history at some point.

Very simuler to an Echo but it is more stable and believed to be the first Dimensions

A Earth that never developed any life and have no breath able Atmosphere. Good for mineral wealth and dumping wastes too loathsome to keep on the same world as human being.

Where life developed but but it has suffered some sort of great disaster or holocaust.

Race: Werecat Central American origins from one of the mythic parallels
Appearance : Tan skin and black hair that is starting to grey. He stands a lean three and half feet tall in both forms and as a few scars across his chest. He has a battle worn look to him cept for when he feel like looking like a kid. His eyes are a odd orange which is quite distinct. His were cat form he has the pattering of a margay with yellow fur and his stripes/spots are black and brown. He prefers to run around in only pants if he is not on a mission.
Personality: He Is a bitter catish man that can be rather harsh in his choices but he dose sensible. He is a survivalist with a short man's complex. He seems like he is bitter about his work but does not talk about the reasons why.

Appearance : He as dirty blond that he makes look like it is greying from illusion magic, with blue-green eyes and kangaroo looking body that is up right all the way. He is missing an eye and has curse scaring about the socket where someone forced an cybernetic eye into place, but he generally pops it out and wears his old eye patch. He has quite a few scars where as if he has been through a lot.
Personality: He is normally stoic and standoffish as if keeping every one at arms length to a point, with good reason. He seems to have special spots in his heart for people that he does not show often. Once you get past the grumpy personality he is a rather nice guy with an asshole streak.

Geo: Can partially adapt a temporary armor about his chest made of what he is touching only covers parts of his body. Comes from Homeline, rarely ever dose it cause it wears him out unless it is last ditch effort
Lina: Is currently specializing in being a sniper and danger driver. Knows first Aid, and a bit of hacking, from home line
Jack: Believed to be undead. Looks relatively normal other then the cold skin. Gave up to home line agents in hope to leave Centrum even if it was to become and experiment for the homeline people. Doesn't feel a lot of pain but enough to know he is hurting.
Kevin: Good With Explosives and dismantling alarms and turrets. A home line boy that likes his explosions.

Appearance: Stands around 5' 5'' and weighs 180 lbs. He has brown eyes and wears a sleeveless shirt and black cargo pants. He has a watch looking device on his wrist to 'cloak' his true look while in human only dimensions. He ha s a small hoop earring in each ear. How he looks.
Personality: First and foremost, he is openly homo and not afraid to show, though does tend to try to keep it to himself when Calico is around. Real techno geek and loves getting, tinkering, and playing with new gadgets. Flirty and playful most of the time, when not in a dire situation anyway.
Bio/history: Max is from a parallel dimension of Earth where humans experiment on animals to make them intelligent, Max being one of the many successes. He grew up around alot of tech and over time began to enjoy tinkering and playing around with the things he was allowed to touch. At some point he saw a battle between infinity and centrum, causing hims a bit of panic and confused about what the hell was going on and why there were people fighting. Not long afterwards, someone from infinity got hold of him and gave him a choice, work for them or die for witnessing the fight, he obviously chose life and is now a rookie for them and a tech guy.

Bio/history: A prior student with minor firearm experience from Reich-5, Günther grew up in a middle-class household. He went through school with decent grades, focusing more on history and sciences than mathematics and literature.

Bio/history: she can’t remember anything about her past, all she remembers is that she woke up within the infinity headquarters with Maku standing next to her and saying he will take her into his classes and care for her. Yet for some reason she can’t understand she hates yet has a weird fondness for Maku even though she can’t remember why. That and she somehow is adept at fighting hand-to-hand and with various weapons.

Personality: She is very studies and polite but when she is not studding and training she she very relaxed and easy going often found working with animals or in the tech labs after she is done with her daily workout. If asked about how she was recruited she gets very sad and suddenly has work she needs to get done.

Appearance : Dark brown skin, brown eyes , and black hair, buzz cut to keep the afro from forming. Stands at a fetching 5 feet and 8 inches height with a toned body with a light layer of fat about his belly giving him a dumpy look when he slouches. He wears athletics shirt and cargo pants
Personality: Haiba is a good natured man but can be roused into violence if the situation calls for it.
Bio/history: Born in Kenya and speaks in Dholuo language and English due to the ethics about where he grew up. He worked on a farm most of his life leaning Basics from the village elders. He was the next in line for becoming a shaman of his people but there was an unfortunate incident with Somalian terrorist attacking his village. When he became of age at 16 he left to join Infinity to become an I-cop believing he could have a Better life there. He had to wait on joining the army branch for a year till he turned 17 where he stayed in basic training for another year. When he became of age he Joined into the ranks of the infinity patrol and was placed in a group but through an unfortunate accident most of his classmates were maimed when a mission went horribly wrong due to unseen circumstances. He was one of the lucky ones that managed to survived and got picked up by a rescue team when his did not come back form the training. Then again he was one of the lucy ones they found, the missing members of his class are assumed dead. After getting patched up he was assigned over to the class Maku and Calico are leading.

Bio/history: From a young age. Adonis had psionic powers but did not no of it,he at first though he was just sick and didnt mind the issue he was always picked on in class by others for the way he dressed and was the butt of each joke. Growing up Adonis became anti-social and spent mosts of his time in a library reading books. One day when he was concentrating on a book he made it move a few inches and shocked himself not believing that he did it he went outisde to grab some fresh air and thought to himself that he was just losing his mind in the library. When he cameback in he noticed a pretty girl about his age that always kept looking over at him. He sat down and became a little nervous he decided to confront her expecting only to get rejected and dissed. As he walked up the girl smiled he sat down and began talking to her to get to no her better after a few dates they started seeing each other and eventually he proposed to her. After a few months she came to him and told him that she was pregnant with his child. A smile of excitment ran across his face and he couldnt believe it. He spent the next few months watching over his soon to be wife. When his baby was born he felt as though he had everything he wanted in life and believed that nothing in the world can seperate his happiness. on the 2nd year anniversary he came home to his fiancee with some flowers. after a great night the family decided to go to sleep. suddenly Adonis's wife Etsuko wakes him up and tells him that theyre is an intruder in the house he runs to the baby Kira turning on the light he notices that theyre is a man wearing all black clothing standing over the child. Adonis puts his hands up and the man gave him orders to bring the jewlery, cash and other valuables that were in the house Adonis runs and retireves everything that he could find and brings it to the man. The man then lifts the child Kira and slowly rocks it drawing his gun and pointing it at Adonis. Adonis's wife runs into the room startling the thief and he accidentally pulls the trigger killing her instantly. Adonis fueled by hatred runs torwards the man but as he got closer the thief threw the child at Adonis and pointed his gun at him. Adonis caught the baby girl Kira and turned his back to the man. The thief pulled the trigger and the bullet entered Adonis's right shoulder and came out from his front killing the baby. as Adonis falls tot he floor the theif pistol whips him and knocks him unconsious and puts the gun into his hand. Adonis wakes up in the hospital chained to the bed by handcufss and a police man walks in. Adonis, Green you are going to trial for the murder of your wife and daughter. Adonis goes to court the very next day and is found guilty on the charge of murder of his wife and daughter since the gun had his fingerprints on it. Then his lawyer walked up and handed him something that one of the police men retrieved from the house. it was a book and inside the book was a picture of his soon to be wife and daughter smiling back at him. As he is being transfered to a high correctional facility a man comes to recruit him for something that he has never heard of something called the infinite patrol

Personality:Unintentionally snobbish, bookish, shy when started to meet people. When he does open up, he really opens up.

Bio/history:Nicholi was born into a dying clan of Vispuchin noblemen. When he was 5, his father started to teach him how to fight many types of different arts, but he never really liked nor was interested in any of them. His mother, on the other hand, started him on book work, which he loved very much. He was homeschooled until he was 12, in which his father thought it would be good “training” to actually go out into the real world and learn social skills. Everything was going fine and dandy, until he met his schoolmates. All boys. He then found out that his parents had sent him to a boarding school. He spent three years in the boarding school until he was kicked out for prostitution. Yes, prostitution. Nevertheless, when his parents heard this, they disowned him and sent him out of their lives. He has spent the last 2 years living off of “friends” he had inside the boarding school.

Name: Sir Reginald Inglinoise Finkley

Race: White
Appearance: An Englishman of medium build, bearing a pair of overlarge sideburns and a most curly mustache. He often wears a pair of trousers or an upsettingly short pair of jungle shorts. In all weather he has a white shirt that is pressed and starched until humidity reduces its right angles to a shapeless flag draped across his person.
Personality: He is racist, superstitious, and ultimately prudish. However, he is a good judge of people's worth and will trust his compatriotes, no matter how low of birth or how barbarous tongued, to fulfill their duty. Hew has two secret shames. He is left handed and his mother was not English.
Biography/History: Born to a British Colonial Official in the Phillipines, Reginald is the third son of the family. He was raised in the town of Herrinbo, a coastal town smelling mostly of fish and diesel oil. He is also an agent of the English crown.
There is also three problems.
He's from 1951.
He's from a growing Victorian Chronotic Empire, Britannica.
He's part of a mission to prevent Homeline and Britannica from going to war.
Britannica is a multiverse empire found recently in Quantum 5. Homeline is in Quantam 5, meaning that this little empire is a security risk to Homeline.
While they seem to be stuck in a steadily increasing Steam Era, Britannica is not something to dismiss. They're chronotic technology is a gate pattern harmonic device, which keeps a steady link between two points as long as it vibrates at the right frequencies. While the soldiers of the Empire are ill equipped individually, they can stream through their gates at an alarming rate. Where a single conveyer from Homeline will carry a squad or a platoon at a time, Imperial gates keep open for file after file of soldiers. Opening conflicts ended in grisly battles of attrition, with Imperial soldiers wearing down Infinity Agents by sheer numbers and dogged determination.
So for now, each side bides time and negotiates.
As for more about the timeline the Britannica are from (named originally Suez 1887 for a chance war that shifted the timeline) is found out, this file will be completed. All that is currently known is that the Empire seems convinved it needs its military to hold back another timeline, supposedly a Chinese one with which they have had several wars. Another whisper heard is their fear of the 'Ascended Angels,' but that is conjecture for now.

Age: Online for 4 years
Race: Android
Appearance : T.I.M. frame looks like that of a male human. “His” body, expect for “his” hand and face witch is represent to look like human skin, is covered by white muscle texture fiberglass with overlapping by lightweight steel plates. At the joints are black coils to give him the range of human motion. “His” head has a plate covering the back of the head and under “his” synthetic skin is a crack that makes his left template has a spider vein. His eyes are just two little lenses that rotate around like normal eyes. T.I.M. stand about two meters (6’8”) and weights 250 kg (551 lbs.).
Personality: Even though T.I.M. has super computer hardwire into “his” head with a self-learning program, he has bugs and experiences glitches, but this gives “him” a human personality. Most of the time he will be rational and without emotions, and then “he’s” expressing a random emotion and crying like a two year old for no reason. Even though “he” will prone to act random, “his” basic program keeps “him” form going to far off the deep end.
Bio/history: Timewarp Infantry Machine, or simple know as T.I.M. was one of the many prototypes of the Homeline’s android project. It was built to replace having I-SWAT going into hostile hot spots by putting an automatic solider to jump in between worlds and setting off their cores to give I-SWAT screen their escape. The first 2 years it did well in the lab test that they deiced to flied test it right away. It seem it was going all well until they discover that the world they place T.I.M. was being torn apart by a black hole. T.I.M. barely made it and was critical damaged that they would have to have to make another one to start field testing again. Sadly, the android project’s budget was thin, so they had to spend months making patch repairs. Even though T.I.M. wasn’t completely fix, Infinite Patrol was looking for something to fill in their ranks. After some hair pulling and name-calling, T.I.M. was commission to flied test again.
