Legend of Zelda: Fall of Hyrule Empty
PostSubject: Legend of Zelda: Fall of Hyrule   Legend of Zelda: Fall of Hyrule Icon_minitimeWed Nov 16, 2011 12:58 am

Before time began, before spirits and life existed...
Three golden goddesses descended upon the chaos that was Hyrule...

Din, the goddess of power...
Nayru, the goddess of wisdom...
Farore, the goddess of courage...

Din...
With her strong flaming arms, she cultivated the land and created the red
earth.

Nayru...
Poured her wisdom onto the earth and gave the spirit of law to the world.

Farore...
With her rich soul, produced all life forms who would uphold the law.

The three great goddesses, their labors completed, departed for the heavens.
And golden sacred triangles remained at the point where the goddesses left the
world.

Since then, the sacred triangles have become the basis of our world's
providence.
And, the resting place of the triangles has become the Sacred Realm.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All seemed peaceful in Hyrule Town Market, people roaming the streets browsing the various stands and shops set up in town. Hylians, Zoras, and Gorons all roamed the streets looking for various goods. Looming over the city was Hyrule Castle, home to the king and his daughter; Princess Zelda. Throughout the town rumors are spread about a Gerudo man named Ganondorf, many people think he's not to be trusted while others are thick and think he is a good person.

In the main square many people were murmuring and in a bit of a panic from Zelda/Impa and Ganondorf riding by and out of the town. In the shadows of one of the alleys, a group of hooded figures were waiting for their commands from their leader, a Gerudo female, one of the hooded figures approaches her and hisses out. "When do we strike Lady Ava? We are getting impatient." The lizalfos asks as it huffs out.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In a pub there is a crowd gathered around the stage set up for the Zora bard whom frequents the town, she is playing a soothing melody for the crowd, mostly for a goron who entered that she thought was in a down mood. The zora, Laru, hummed as she played on her harp and glanced at the Goron, hoping he was cheering up a bit. There was a new hooded group of patrons in the corner of the pub, they were constantly looking around, as if waiting for something.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the castle, things were already in an uproar as Lizalfos, Moblins, and Stalfos were attacking the castle guards in an attempt to wipe them out and/or keep them out of the way of 2 old gerudo witches on their way to the dungeon. The twin witches cackle in unison as they stumble upon their prize, a pair of magically sealed caskets, one of the witches approached the caskets. "I think we found what we were looking for Koume!" The other witch nods and cackles as she joins her sister. "I think you are right Kotatke! Shall we crack them open?" They put their hands on the caskets and begin to use their own magic to break the seals on the caskets, releasing the twins sealed inside. Koume and Kotake ooo at the contents before Koume speaks up. "Well well, what do we have here?" She asks to no one in general as the sealed twins slump out of the caskets, quickly waking up.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the main hall of the castle, a group of guards are making their way to the exit while helping a wounded guard make his way out as well. "We need to get Irvine here out of the castle and warn the town! Get what horses you all can then ride to Kakariko and let the men their know we will be on our way! Go!" The guard Captain ordered as a pair of guards ran off to the stables to ride out, he focuses his attention on the wounded Irvine. "You ok Irvine? Still with us? You've been a bit quiet after that lizard got a hit in on you back there."

Regol falls out and hits the ground hard, catching him self with his face, as his restraints are released. He groans in pain before rolling quickly to his to his feet as he realizes he is free. He comes up into a defensive position as he backs away from the caskets and those that released him and his brother. Hate blazes in his eyes before being replaced by confusion as he sees a pair of old women. His defense falters for a moment before it snaps back as his eyes dart about for the solders that placed him and his twin in their restraints. From seeing no guards about his attention focuses on the twins as he still looks quite unsure about them. He licks his lips as his eyes take in the room they are in as long as his eyes do not leave the twins for very long. He furrows his brow as he feels his connection to Hoha as he watches them leery. His fingers flex nervously as he relaxes from his defensive stance, "Who are you?" He pauses as there is a pause for his brother to speak before he asks another question, "Do you work with those solders?"

Jarvan opens his eyes swiftly to the rush of air on his face and the sudden motion of being pitched forward as he brings his arms about to catch him self as they catch on the restraints. He hits the floor hard before rolling quickly to his feet. He is only slightly aware of a twin movement to his side as he comes up defensively. He grimaces as he sees the two twins, not sure how to greet this sight before them. They do not look like those that imprisoned them but still does not mean they should not let their guard drop. When his twin looks away he is watching them and vise versa acting as if they are the same person with two different bodies. He keeps within arm's distance of his brother as he curl his fingers about as he feels the air ready to attack. When his brother asks the first question he asks the second one, "Why are you here?" then after his brother asks the third he asks the fourth question, " If not them, then who?" he narrows his eyes as he relaxes a bit in his posture. It is only two old ladies, but that some how makes them more dangerous if there are no solders about for with or against them. He feels the defenselessness of not having his weapon in his hands for physical power.

Ava narrows her eyes but gives the hand signal that will turn the group lose. With the princess sudden departure the confusion that had descend on the crowd was the perfect cover. She had slunk back into the shadows of the ally when Ganondorf had rode past. It had been a few years since she had seen another Gerudo, let alone the only male of the race. But she hadn't stayed free of her sisters by being sloppy and taking unnecessary risk.
As the rest of the group moves out Ava takes up a position that allows for full sight of the main square but still gives her full cover. From her she can watch the others of her group and lend help with her magic as need be.

Gregoro gave the Zora girl a wan smile as he nursed the steaming drink in the stoneware mug in front of him. The music helped to relax himself a bit after his latest culinary creation backfired - literally - in the face of a crowd of people. (At least he gave them fair warning before the bomb flower garnish exploded in his tester's face in the middle of the castle town square.) He poured the mug of steaming drink over his head. It wasn't quite like the hot springs of home, but it was close enough.
...There was an idea here he could use for cooking, but it evaded him. He sat back, called for the bartender to get another steaming mug of whatever, and listened to the music.

Given everything that had just transpired, it was no surprise that Irvine didn't seem to pay much attention to the blood dripping from his shoulder. He kept reliving the events leading up until then in his head: Ganondorf had come to the castle seeking another audience with the King and the next thing he knew, people started screaming as monsters appeared and started ransacking the castle as Ganondorf himself killed the King. Irvine and a few guards fought their way over to His Majesty, but it was already too late. His mother, a court magician, had been good friends with the King, and he himself had talked to him every once in a while. Then Irvine felt a searing pain in his shoulder as a Lizalfos got in a free hit on him. Irvine was brought back to reality by the Captain asking if he was okay. "H-Huh? Y-Yeah, I'm fine. I just can't believe this is happening. ...Wait, I just remembered! Is the Princess okay? I lost track of her in the confusion."

A Hylian man chuckles, seemingly bemused by the chaos in front of him, as he sits on a ledge next to some plants with one leg resting over the other. He has blonde hair, shortish in the front and long in the back, as well as a mustache that melds into a goatee beard and deep blue eyes. He wears a black tunic over top a long sleeved, undershirt and white leggings, both of which lead into his leather gloves and boots. At his midsection is a belt with several pouches and on his back a pack.

"Hmm," spoke the man with a smirk, "it seems the mischief came to me today... My, my. What's going on over there?" The stranger was musing over mysterious hooded figures filing out of the alleys en masse. A tad worried as these fellows looked untrustworthy, he rose to his feet in case any came his way.

Just as Ava's troops begin to move, she can see a pair of guards riding down from the castle, one rushes through the market place while the other stops to shout. "Citizens! Gather up what few supplies you can and begin to evacuate! The castle has come under attack and we fear there may be more on the wa-" Before he can finish, one of Ava's Lizalfos lunges at the guard and thrusts it's sword through his chest as its fellow lizalfos toss aside their cloaks and raise their sword. "For lord ganondorf!!" They all shout before more of their kind begin to flood into the market. Many of the citizens begin to panic and flee as the guards do their best to protect the fleeing towns people.
----------------------------------------------------
Inside the pub, the hooded figures in the corner let out deep chuckles before drawing their swords and getting the attention of the pub goers very quickly, Laru pauses mid-song and goes wide eyed at the drawn swords. "W-What's going on??" She asks no one in particular as the owner of the pub approachs the cloaked figures...only to be run through by a sword clutched in a bony hand. "They ain't men! They are bloody stalfos! Oi mates! Those of us who can fight, let's take this boney bastards!" "Aye!!!" Several of the bar-goers try to use whatever they can to at least defend against the skeleton men, be it chairs, bottles etc., one of them looks at the goron and smirks. "Got more of the explodin stuff we could us goron? We'd like to borrow if we could while you get the lil lady on stage to safety."

----------------------------------------------------------

Koume and Kotake blink at the twins before them before looking at each other and snickering. "My my they sure do seem..." Koume begins before Kotake finishes. "...interesting don't they?" They cackle as they laugh after poking at fun at the twins acting as one person. "No no dearies. In fact! We had several of the guards dispatched just so we could free you both! Isn't that right Koume?" Kotake says while turning to look at her sister. "Oh yes! Kotake is right! We thought you two might want to help us in dealing with those who imprisoned you! Doesn't that sound like fun?" Koume asks while Kotake examines the other set of twins. "Say...what race are you boys anyway?"

------------------------------------------------------------

The captain sighs in relief as Irvine speaks up. "Yes the princess is fine. Lady Impa took her to safety thanks to you. And now it's your turn." The captain calls over another guard whom he orders to help Irvine get out of the castle. "Take him to Kakariko safetly! Be quick while we deal with the beasts in the castle!" He shouts as the guard with Irvine simply nods. "Ok Irvine, time to get you out of here. When we get to kakariko, I'll come back to find your folks ok soldier?" The guard says to Irvine as they make their way to the stables and avoiding anything they can along the way...all the while being followed by a lone lizalfos.

Gregoro grabbed a Stalfos sneaking up from behind him and his bag and tossed it overhead into the wall, watching it shatter into its individual bones...and reform again, ready to fight. Looking at the rest of the tavern, it seems that the other tavern-goers have the same problem with their Stalfos.
Reaching into his bag, he grabbed a large, metal pepper grinder and then reached for the nearest tavern-goer with a weapon. He tossed away the Stalfos and gave a twist of the grinder over the broken table leg the man was using, spreading something smelling of brimstone over the table leg.
"Swing at it!" The man complied, and swung at the now-regrouped Stalfos he fought earlier...causing a flash and an explosion, which disintegrated the Stalfos' head and ribcage, as well as most of the table leg. That one wouldn't be reforming any time soon. "Hmm, maybe a bit too much..."
"Bomb flower peppers! Explosive taste! Everyone, come get some!" He went to the front of the stage, taking any weapon passed to him and giving them a quick powder while shielding the young Zora from the battle. "Don't worry, little one, we'll take care of these ones! Just hope I don't run out of pepper!"

Ava watched from her hiding place and snorted as the now uncloaked Lizalfos descend upon anything they can attack.
"Why bother with the people you fools. There no threat and no challenge." she hisses to her self as she turns her eyes to any guards she sees.
After looking around she decides any guards that are on horse back to be the biggest threat. She focuses briefly before casting shadow edge on the shadow below the horse making it sharp enough to cut the saddle strap and cause the saddle and ride to topple free of the horse and to the cobble stones to either be trampled by there own horse, the people or become easy prey for the Lizalfos.
"I'm done here. I've done what was "asked" of me. Now your on your own Ganondorf. These scared mice should be more then easy picking for your troops now." Ava mutters to the wind as she turns her back on the market place and makes her way from shadow to shadow to were Misty, her horse, waited for her.

Jarvan grimace at the other set of twins making fun of how they were talking. He Glances at his brother then back. Regol has a similar grimace as his brother with having their speech patterns being poked fun at. Jarvan narrows his eyes at the word fun. Regol's expression seems to be one of disproval at revenge as fun.
Jarvan says softly, "We Would like revenge..."
"On those that killed our men." Regol Growls out.
"But fun. Is not..."
"The word we would use."
Jarvan continues to watch them warily not keen on giving up the chance to be free. But when they ask what Race they were they both respond, "We are Nidale." Regol shifts uneasily as his eyes flick from twin to twin, now fairly unsure he does not like where his is going but likes where he was even less.
Regol looks at Jarvan and huffs slightly to get his twin's attention. Jarvan looks at Regol at the huff and drops into their personal twin speak only they understand. "Think it is a trick?"
"More or less yes."
"Too good to be true."
"But we have nothing to lose besides each other."

They both fall quiet as they continues to exchange glances before saying as one. "We will kill those that harmed us on the way out but we will be leaving for home. We can not continue the fight in these lands. This war is not something we can win." They harden their resolve but do offer to help these women with those in the area but not to help them get to the scarce lands.

At first Daru was content to dodge the overzealous attacks rained upon him by the lizalfos, but quickly tired of this. It also grew less prudent to toy with them as their numbers grew and so he reached into several pouches and began flinging powder shots at his aggressors. Daru's aim was to blind them, using his more potent irritant and flash shots to dazzle with the latter then swell their eyes shut with the former. After leaving several of the creatures relatively helpless for the guards to finish off he slunk away into the shadows and removed his mask, returning to his original skull kid form. At this point he decided to sit back and watch, scouting out a place to hide while getting a good view of the market and eventually settling on a roof top.

On their way to the stables, they found some bandages and Irvine let the guard wrap them around the wound on his shoulder. "Thanks. I-I think I can get to Kakariko on my own. If you come with me, it might be too late for my parents by the time you return." They continued towards the stable, having a little bit of a close shave with two Stalfos, which they avoided by hiding around a corner.

The lizards that Daru hit roar out in anger as they are blinded and their eyes swell up, the bunch begin swinging wildly at townsfolk and lizalfos alike. This irritant to their ranks give the Hyrule guards a bit of an opening to try to thin out the lizard's ranks more. They were however, soon taken by surprise as the stalfos group that Gregoro and the pub goers were fighting had begun to move out onto the streets to aid the lizaldos.

Back in the pub, Laru grips her harp and gulps as she nods to Gregoro. "C-can't we get out of here sir?? We should warn our own people about this attack...! No doubt the guards have sent word to Kakariko. I must warn the Zora King of this as well." She says before shrieking in terror as a Stalfos lunges at her.
---------------------------------------

Koume and Kotake cackle again before moving aside and motioning the male twins to go ahead of them before Koume speaks up. "Then by all means take your revenge, you two don't mind if we follow you out hmm? We old ladies need someone strong to get us back out! No doubt those pesky guards are regrouping. We'll even reward you if you help us!" The gerudo witch exclaims cheerfully, her twin rubs her chin. "Hmmm...Nidale eh? Hehehehe..."
---------------------------------------

From his rooftop perch, Daru can see Ava briefly before she promptly vanishes in the shadows and goings back to her horse.
--------------------------------------

The guard hesitates for a moment before sighing and helping Irvine onto his own horse before stepping away. "Ok you make a fair point Irvine, I'll go look for them now. You hurry and get out of he-" He is soon cut of by the loud cry of a Lizalfos, which runs the guard through with a sword before glaring angrily at Irvine. The lizardman is badly wounded and missing an eye. This is the same Lizalfos who put Irvine into his own injured state.

Gregoro caught the Stalfos in a shoulder tackle, sending both he and the undead warrior careening toward the back wall. It was at this point that he probably threw a punch with the hand containing the pepper grinder, or, as it was at the moment, a pipe bomb. A metal shell full of tightly-packed, dried, high-explosive fruit. Which was going to end up being crushed between a rock(Gregoro) and a hard place(the Stalfos). There would be an explosion that would tear open a back entrance to the tavern, one that Gregoro would be caught in the middle of.
If anyone asked, he'd say that going out the front door would be suicide(it really would be, there was a battle between the castle guard, a bunch of Lizalfos, the Stalfos from the tavern, and some stray citizenry) and that his priority was to get Laru out of the tavern and away from the battle. If anyone asked, he would say that time and the conditions rendered his actions necessary, even at the risk of blowing up his entire arm. If anyone asked, he'd blame the owner of the tavern for not having more than one clearly visible exit in the establishment.
If he realized that he was about to punch a skeleton with high explosives without wearing any sort of protection, his words before impact certainly didn't reassure anyone:

"OH YEAH!"

Chuckling a bit as he watched the chaos below, Daru made himself comfortable as he intended to watch the entire battle unfold. That is until someone caught his eye. He noticed a dark skinned woman walking off down on alleyway, nothing special at first glance. At second glance though Daru cocked his head as he noticed her disappear into the shadows. This left him very intrigued indeed. "Another shadow user?" though the skull kid as he descended the roof he'd made himself comfy on just seconds before.

After reaching the ground and running off in Ava's direction he heard a loud boom. Upon reaching the shadow the Gerudo vanished into her Daru turned back and saw the smoke coming from Gregoro's explosion but not the source as it was after all the back exit, not the front. Pausing on this for a moment he resumed following the mysterious woman, electing to turn invisible as he waded through the shadows after her.

Ava runs her hand along Misty's flank as she came round to the saddle. As she pulled the heavy shapeless grey riding cloak from a saddle bag and began slipping it on her hand dropped to the hilt of her blade as a loud resounding boom was heard and felt. Misty danced from side to side tossing her head but refused to leave her riders sides. As Ava pulled the cloak into place she can see the rising smoke as it curled into the sky above.
"That is are cue to leave here girl. We did what we had to now its time to get out." Ava says soothingly to her horse as she swings up into the saddle. She turns her horse about and going at a good pace, keeps to the shadows as they make their way out.

Regol smiles at the twins before bowing gratefully for the release as he touches the wall as the stone starts to curl about him. An armor forms about him as his eyes are barely visible in the darkness that has encased him. As he moves away they can see where the wall and ground has been destroyed to make the armor. He has massive ram horns on his 'helm'. He cracks his neck as he leaves his twin to walk with the old ladies to protect them as well as attack from a distance. He rolls his shoulders as he moves, with heavy foot steps, to the door way. He moves through the door way as he takes out any guards as he comes through. He removes a sword, and shield from a down guard. He just ends up charging most of the time, at the start, as he slams into the guards with his horned helm while running through with the commandeered sword. He only uses the shield when he sees a heavy blow coming to hit him. He starts slowing from the armor and possibly not wishing to cause more damage to his head from ramming people.
As more time goes on he starts showing more finesse and care before summoning his red stoned warrior as they clear either side and form an honer guard about the others. If he does find an ax he picks it up and uses it with more skill then he did with the sword.
Jarvan over time can see he is exhausting from expending his magic to keep repairing the armor and activating his red stone warrior, as well taking a lot of blows head on, that his twin does not manage to take out quickly. Mostly when he stops to look around corners and takes some weight off himself with the wall. He does not particularly care that the other twins know but wants to assure them he can help keep them safe since he owes them that much for freeing him and his brother.

Jarvan makes a face at his brother and would of reminded him these old ladies got here with out their help before getting to them. He just ends up shaking his head as he positions him self near the twins. As his brother takes out the first couple of guards Jarvan breaks away for a moment to see if he can find their stuff. With a stroke of luck a smirk crosses Jarvan's face as he locates their Items in a side room kept in a chest He quickly armors him self in his gear and places their weapons and hooks his brother's armor onto his. He grunts slightly with the extra weight and draws his bow and grimaces at the condition of the string and bow itself before placing it away and drawing his own sword.
He covers his brother as he takes out enemies at a distance as he creates shields of wind when he spots other archers. While he can he loots one of the guards of his bow supplies and care equipment. He resorts to using another's bow as he saves up his magic for if they run into any thing too dangerous to hit head on.
Worry flickers through his face as he watches his brother's exhaustion increasing from wearing the rock armor and him resting frequently. Their stay in the prison has not ben kind to them, nor have they had a chance to recover from that ordeal. He only wounds those guards he does not recognize the face off with his arrows as he makes his shots as non lethal as he can. He glances at the twins as something chews at him as he feels unease settling in his gut about them. Two old ladies made it to them...It is very unlikly they could of. Is this a trick? He falters as he forgets to blow back guards from actually breaking through his brother's armor before opening fire with a wind powered arrow. He shakes his head as he drops behind the other twins so he can keep a close eye on both of them and protect the group's flank.

Irvine returned the Lizalfos' stare for the briefest moment before slapping the horse on its hindquarters. "Yah! Giddyup!" The horse took off like a lightning bolt, and Irvine held on to the reins for dear life. He made it to town in a matter of minutes, and things were already going to hell. Guards and monsters were fighting everywhere, while civilians were trying to reach the main square, where wagons were waiting to take them to the relative safety of Kakariko. "Whoa!" Irvine pulled the horse's reins tight, stopping just a short distance from his house. He leaped off, and pounded on the door. "Mom! Dad! It's me!" The door opened, and his mother peeked out. "Irvine? What's happening? It's chaos out there!" "Ganondorf's betrayed us. I don't know why, but we need to leave now. Get as much as you can carry, and head to the town square." "You aren't coming with us, Irvine?" Irvine shook his head. "No, I have to ride ahead to Kakariko and let them know what's happening. I'll see you later. Be safe." Irvine's mother opened the door and gave Irvine a quick hug. "You too." Irvine got back on his horse and took off for the gates leading out to Hyrule Field.

Koume and Kotake happily follow the Nidale twins as they clap them on cheerfully as the twins take out the stragglers of the castle guard. They soon come across the castle's dining hall and the Gerudo twins clap their hands once more. "Well done boys well done! I think we can get out from here...and now your rewards!" Kotake speaks up as Koume snaps her fingers and makes her broom appear under her, she floats idly towards the food stores. "First off! Get some food in those bellies! No doubt you boys are starving, so eat up!" The witch challs out to the other set of twins, Koume holds up her hands and conjures a pair of pendants for the Nidale twins, they are sapphire pendants. "These are for you all as well, just ornamental dearies."
----------------------------------------

Laru widens her eyes at Gregoro's actions, before following him out she calls out to everyone in the pub. "Everyone please exit the building! It cannot take much more of this fighting!" The building had infact taken some serious structural damage from the explosives that the goron provided, upon realizing this, everyone including the monsters began exiting the building....by making more holes in it. Laru quickly leaves the soon to collapse building and tugs on the Goron's arm. "We need to go! Now!" She says to him before shouting in surprise as a guard on horse back(Irvine) rode right past her and the goron. "H-hey watch it!!"

As Ava got closer to the exit, and Daru got closer to her, they could hear the sounds of an rapidly approaching horse with the wounded Irvine riding atop of it and towards the gate of town.

The monsters began to come in more waves, soon pair of moblins joined the fray in town, the guard now doubling their efforts to evacuate, a flood of townspeople began to make their way to the exit as well while the monsters were kept busy by the guards.

Regol eyes them with distaste glimmering in his eyes. "Nice gesture and all but I think we will take our meal and run. Preferably would of been nice if we did not have to eat in enemy territory." He looks at the pendent curiously before hesitantly taking it in his stone cover hand. He peers at it in a curious manner before assuming he can give this to a girl he attempts to woo and loops it about a rocky projection that he draws out of his stone armor. He leaves for the food stores to take a week worth food for his twin and him self. He leaves quickly as he rejoins his brother. He glances down at the pendent again in curiosity at why these were given to them. He takes his own armor off his brother as he hooks it onto his rock armor. He places his normal weapons on as he drops the Hyulian ones. He waits to see if his brother is still busy before he leaves, taking up point yet again.

"That was probably the stupidest thing I've done today." Gregoro nods at Laru, but first, dashes back inside the crumbling building to his backpack. It would be too bulky to carry out swiftly, but Gregoro's been under enough avalanches to realize that he should probably keep the most important things within easy and swift reach. He snatches up a leather strap protruding out from the backpack with his good arm and dashes back - the strap was a harness connected to a giant wok, a steel skillet, and a black leather bag. He dashed out, putting on the harness which turned the wok into a makeshift shield for his back. "We're going after that guard! The horse'll clear a path! NOW COME ON, BEFORE SOMETHING SETS OFF MY INGREDIENTS!"
He dashed out of the hole he made, scooped up Laru in his massive arms, and ran away from the crumbling tavern and the no-doubt explosive contents of his backpack.

Jarvan smiles softly and motions that they can keep their trinket. "Thank you but freeing us has been more then rewarding for an small escort out of here. I couldn't take more from you two then you have already offered." He bows slightly as he keeps his eyes peeled for any more guards that they might see. He Watches his brother before indicating he is ready to leave once he gets back. Jarvan smirks as he sees the pendent hanging off his brother's side. "Still gunning for chicks with trinkets eh?" Jarvan laughs light heartedly before he lazily does what really bothers his twin. "At least I can woo women with words and manners. And i impress them with my wind skills." He laughs and twists out of his brother's joking attack if he does swing. He snickers as he takes up position behind his brother with the arrow. "Lets go see if they got any horses left. At least we will not be empty handed in full when we leave if we bring a small number back."

Regol takes a swipe at his brother in a playful manner knowing his brother is full of him self. "You can stuff it. You haven't gotten any woman since the war started." He shakes his head side to side to loosen the stone helm a bit since he plans on losing it all soon. "Horses would be nice to have for the ride back. Valuable assets." He looks about as they leave to see if there is any sign for any stables. If he can't see any he continues on with out the horses, as he heads for home.
